Consistent quality from development to the series.

When using flocking for component surfaces, it is often the case that new aspects with technological and qualitative consequences emerge. With our many years of experience, we support our customers in the development of flocked components, especially with a view to later serial production. But we also create flexible and target-oriented solutions when introducing flocking to series that are already being produced.

Neue WMS Flocktechnik GmbH is able to test and simulate all typical flocking technologies on samples and prototypes. Our laboratory is equipped to efficiently conduct a large variety of tests and sampling.

For serial as well as pre-serial production, we have introduced a quality management system throughout. This encompasses the entire flocking process, starting with the arrival of the necessary process materials all the way to the delivery of the flocked items to the customer.
